Saturday Seven Time for Alexander

So, it's Saturday, and it's Saturday Seven - and do you know what? My series, "Time for Alexander" has 7 books in it! Seven! It's fate - and so, herewith, are the blurbs to all seven books!

Join Ashley on her hilarious, bumpy journey into the past as she discovers where her place in history truly is…

Book I - The Road to Alexander: What do you do when the past becomes your future?

The year is 2089, and time-travelling journalist Ashley Riveraine gets a once in a lifetime opportunity to interview her childhood hero, Alexander the Great. She expects to come out with an award-winning article, but doesn’t count on Fate intervening. Alexander mistakes Ashley for Persephone, goddess of the dead, and kidnaps her, stranding her in his own time. Being stuck 3000 years in the past with the man of her dreams wouldn’t be so bad if the scientists of the Time Institute hadn’t threatened to erase Ashley from existence if she changes history.
Ashley must now walk a tightrope, caught up in the cataclysmic events of the time, knowing what the future holds for the people she comes to love but powerless to do anything to influence it.

Book II - Legends of Persia: When Ashley Riveraine jumped at the chance to travel back in time to meet her hero Alexander the Great, she never thought she would end up staying there…

Following Alexander the Great’s army on its journey across Persia, Ashley is walking the knife edge of history. As a presumed goddess, Ashley is expected to bless crops, make sure battles are won and somehow keep herself out of the history books.

Can Ashley avoid the wrath of the Time Institute while keeping the man she loves alive

Book III - Son of the Moon: Can you face the consequences of cheating the Fates?

Alexander the Great journeys to India, where he and Ashley are welcomed with feasts and treachery.

With their son, Paul, being worshiped as the Son of the Moon, and Alexander’s looming death, Ashley considers the unthinkable: how to save them and whether she dares to cheat Fate?

Book IV - Storms Over Babylon: From the scorching plains of Persia to the opulent city of Babylon, Ashley and Alexander continue their sensuous and passionate journey through history.

Alexander the Great is now king of Persia and Greece – but his reign will be short.

Time-travelling Ashley knows when her husband will die. She’s determined to cheat Fate and save Alexander and her children, even if it brings the gates of time crashing down.

Following Alexander on a tour of his new kingdom, she plans her moves and bides her time. She must, however, convince Alexander to abandon his crown and his kingdom. (coming June 2018!)

Book V - Chants to Persephone - Alexander lives - but his soul has been stolen by the mysterious Thief of Souls, a druid with the power to change time. Now Ashley and Alexander must travel to the land of her ancestors in the far north in order to find Alexander's soul and somehow get history - er, the future, back on track.

The Oracle of Ammon tells Alexander he must go to the land of Snow and Ice to find his lost soul, so Ashley and Alexander voyage from Alexandria through Gaul and up the coast of Scandinavia. But the Thief of Souls is not only after Alexander's soul. He also wants Paul, and the druids have raised an army to capture him. With Ashley's help, Alexander must recover his soul and thwart a man who has the power to stop time itself.
(Coming September 2018)

Book VII - The Soul of Time: In the land of the Eaters of the Dead, Ashley and Alexander come face to face with the terrifying Thief of Souls - a druid with powers to stop time and change the future of the world.

Ashley and Alexander travel to the land of the Eaters of the Dead in the far north in order to stop a certain druid, Voterix, the Thief of Souls, from irrevocably changing time. With Alexander's soul and Paul as his prisoner puppet, the druid hopes he can stop the Roman legion from conquering Europe and thus change the course of time. But Ashley knows that will not happen without the mysterious Time-Senders erasing all their lives. In order to save herself, her children, and the men she loves, she has to find the druid's lair and get Alexander's soul back.
(Coming January 2019)

Book VII - Banquet of the Gods: In the final book in the Time for Alexander series, Ashley and Alexander journey to Carthage, seal the fate of Rome, take part in the game of Phersu, meet a demon, and wrap up the series in a fine style indeed!

On their way back to Egypt, Alexander and Ashley stop in Carthage where they save a boy intended for a bloody sacrifice. Taking refuge in Rome, Alexander is recognised, captured, and forced to take part in the terrifying 'Game of Phersu' in the arena. No doubt having Alexander the Great as a gladiator will draw the crowds...but can it mean the end of his adventures?
(Coming March 2019)
