Chez Auguste

Walking in the town, I discovered a restaurant called "Chez Auguste". My dog, Auguste, appreciates the menu. (We had lunch there - very good!)

Journeys

We never know where our journeys will take us. Sometimes just going out for a loaf of bread turns into a grand adventure. But one thing I have found out - as long as the company is good, and the day is sunny - the journey will certainly be a good one, no matter how far, or how short your legs are.

Spring

Officially, it's spring in the northern hemisphere. Yesterday, daffodils nodded in the sun, the sky was as blue as blue could be, and we had a lovely picnic in the garden.
And today it's gray and rainy...luckily I have a lot of work to do!

I wonder if getting back into blogging is like getting back into shape?
I love how the light coming in through the window echos the pale wood in the screen set up in the old church here.

The job is fine, sometimes tiring, never boring. I love the patients and working with Anne Marie is terrific. Julia is in literary prep, Sebi was accepted by the police, and Alex is in Florida with his girlfriend.
Stef is busy with polo - so everything is about the same - well, we did get a new apartment and Julia's horse is nearby at a friend's stables, but that's another story!

Not sure what to do with my Zombie series, haven't heard back from the assistant agent who contacted me several months ago.
Not sure what to do about my Alexander series - my editor is fabulous but it's taking too much time to get book III out.

Oh well -
Back to work.
